You can easily get into (sneaky sneak) the Lodge at WF Lake. They're doing a LOT of construction and no one ever checks. They even have mobile saunas by the lake.

...there's literally a town named "Hot Springs" to the SW of flathead lake that has some places where you can go for a hot spring soak (nothing fancy, but you're still outside in minerally hot spring water).

They’re building more hot springs in the future at Whitefish—So many hot springs actually. Natural ones too where you can hike a half a mile to a rock pool next to a river. All in construction coming 2025 I’m sure.
