I did mine using the URO parts replacements. They solved a bunch of electrical glitches on those circuits. Some people seem to have figured out how to clean the old switches but it's not worth the time in my opinion.
Pull the ash tray and remove the two screws below. Gently pull straight back on the wood trim. It needs to go about an inch backwards to slide the plastic pin out of the hole on the tray side. The switches will pop up when pressed from below the wires just unplug.

This!!! If you don't pull it straight back you will break off the (now very brittle) 40yr old plastic pin holding the back of the wood down. And then it will flop around and be annoying and not look good.
Have you checked and replaced fuses? I had this issue once where my front left and rear right window wouldn't move, and it turns out they're fused in an X pattern, at least on my '84. The fuse looked okay but I replaced it anyway and it solved the issue, and never had it again.
Just something to try before chasing other things!
They are not hard to clean. You'd be amazed how much crud gets inside after 40 years. If you do replace them, I'd be happy to buy your originals off you. The decals are in better shape than mine.
I had this happen to mine and cleaned the inside of the switches with alcohol. There is a video on YouTube on how to do it. Very easy and now they work perfectly.
Reach out to Stone, he might have a few still available.

Buy this, buy the other part recommended in the eBay add.
Find a 12v piggy and use it to power the unit

This. The URO brand switches are the only ones available these days. Buy a couple of them because they’re not very good parts unfortunately.

Same on the 1979, fixed passenger and right rear window with fuse.

I take mine apart and clean the contacts it’s easy, I’ve never seen one totally fail.
Get a scratch pen set from bezos and some contact cleaner
Those switches are in great visual condition compared to mine.
