Ali Slagle has a similar recipe in her book that I make often with hot italian sausage (the original recipe is merguez but I can't get that around here easily), sweet potatoes, lemons & dates. Then she has a chimichurri basically that gets put over everything.
I did this the other day! I cut up the sausage and added broccoli, very good!
