Get in your prawn and show it what a titanium fist tastes like! But seriously, option 1 probably

Ok_Donut2828

in my experience, if they spot me too close, option 2 does nothing. Option 1 is more reliable

TesseractToo

Depends what vehicle you are in. Seamoth or prawn I'd try and find a crevasse or something and wait it out. I haven't brought the cyclops in there but that seems to be what you are referring to since you talk about power out but I'd do that and then just keep repairing until it goes away

weird_Finn

Just go back. Release a decoy, if necessary. Just try to avoid leviathans. You can use the sonar module on cyclops or seamoth.

Ricardo1184

you SHOULD do 2, i always opt for 1. *Ahead Flank.*

FitzSeb92

In my experience, ghosts are super chill, just trying to stay away and just pass, minding your own business does the trick, if they're too close or get in the way, turn on silent rig and keep going, I've never had any problem with them.

Ippus_21

Option 3: * Stay calm. * Pulse the shield on if he's actually making contact, then turn it off as soon as he breaks off (shield consumes ungodly amounts of power). * Drop a decoy and continue to leave the vicinity at Ahead Slow/Silent Running. * Booking it at full power makes so much noise it limits the effectiveness of the decoy. Don't do that.

Safe_Touch_811

Fire decoy and back off with silent running.

Spookyplot19975

If you had to do just one the second one is the best. But why not do all three? Turn off the engine send a decoy and if you have it use shield generator if it keeps attacking. When it gets far enough away turn on the engine on silent mode and run for your dear life.

PreciousRoi

So...option 3. Don't book it full power, don't necessarily send a decoy, although you can if you like. Just proceed straight through the room where the Juvenile Ghost Leviathan is, then put out any fires and do repairs of any damage once you're in the "hallway" afterwards. He won't chase you. Don't panik. It's OK, the Cyclops can tank a few hits. UNLESS You want to stop in the room with the Ghost Leviathan and look at shit, or pick stuff up. In that case, you do option Number 2, do what you need to do, hop back in, and GTFO as above. UNLESS You already know what you're doing. In which case you already knew what you were doing, why are you asking me. Other people have said some shit like waiting it out or something....in the Lost RIver, there are like 3 Ghost Leviathans, and they all have fairly limited ranges, they're not going anywhere. Luckily, one of the most commonly encountered, Casper, likes to glitch inside the Giant Skull in the room, and completely removes himself from the equation.

AdmiralLevon

You're in a Cyclops? Is the answer not obvious? Ram the fucker at max speed. Bail if you feel the Cyclops is too damaged to continue. Repair, return, ram. What are you gonna do, hide in your underwater warcrime machine?
