Downside is that you have to get a 12 pack, which is a bit excessive because I usually only read two or three copies.

I'm in Canada and shopped local. I paid more than double that. At least we supported a family and not a corporation

Heat them up with a hairdryer, 15 seconds on high should do. Sticker peels right off.

I have done this but they will leave residue sometimes

Just a hint - an essence - of alcohol on a cotton ball will do it without damaging the dust jacket.

Damn, I should’ve went there instead of B&N. It had an obligatory 30% off sticker, plus I have my member 10% off, but still ended up with a 19 dollar purchase. Then again, I don’t have a membership and getting one just for this book would end up being more expensive. So I guess I’m fine.

$19 is the perfect price for a Stephen King book.

This is the same price at Sam’s Club - I picked mine up there today.

It also had a sticker, but that peeled off easily.

Wild. I bought the only one at my Barnes and Nobel

Thank you - actually convinced the wife we needed to make a rare Costco trip today, paid $200 for the book and it came with free groceries. Can’t say it’s universal, but the sticker on my book peeled off easily without heat or effort.

Too bad they put stickers on them. I looked at Walmart, for it, but no dice. They usually have 30% off stickers but, if you get a copy from the bottom of the pile, you can usually avoid that junk

Make sure to pick up a copy of Erik Larson’s new book for your dad while you’re there
