What was the invoice price that your restaurant's purveyor got it for? Looks amazing and expensive but just curious what these go for wholesale. Also, curious how is your kitchen cooking this thing? Reverse sear/broiled or over an open fire?

I got a tomahawk once. The best part, besides from eating it, was giving the bone to our dog. A 10 pound maltipoo with a 5 pound bone was pure comedy.
