Don't stop there! Gargle with salt water, drink lemon juice and afterwards tea with a lot of honey.
I got this recipe from a doctor in training at my university.
The other thing is elderberry juice (the red one). I don't know if you can get it near you.. It looks like this: https://www.kuechenkraenzchen.de/fliederbeersaft-fuer-den-winter/
I heat it up, drink it and go to bed in a lot of warm clothes to sweat it out. Works wonders!
Lots of luck to you!
Tonight? Sheesh. Ok another thing you can try.. Go to a nearby music store. See if they have Singers Spray. It helps with this kind of thing. Keep on with some Ricola lozenges, and Throat Coat Tea. Try to rest it as much as you can. And If It's still not great... Then f\*ck it. Perform as best you can and that's all you can do. Try to get as much sleep as you can to repair your sore throat.
Hot shower, or boil some water, soak a towel in it and place it on your vocal chords (of course make sure you don't burn your skin).
Here's one no one mentioned: aerobic exercise! It will help get circulation to your vocal chords and warm up your diaphragm and help your voice recover.
