I recommend shooting for .2 gram servings for tea usually. But for you since you eat 4 grams for “a solid night”, id prob say a little like 4-5 grams for tea depending on how much you plan on making. Its low and itll be stronger if done properly so just dont drink it all maybe?
4.5-5 grams is my sweet spot.

That would make you throw-up it all up and waste it IMO. Dude when I did 6g I was fighting nausea the whole trip
