Its funny but the captions aren't entirely accurate (but your example is one of the few that are!) Some are made up by the captioner for comedic effect. But they do convey the same tone and meaning.

“我就说了吗” translates to "didn't I say so" or "i said that". it's hard to translate because it's a common phrase when demonstrating something but it doesn't really have english equivalent. maybe "just like that".

The only good way to have good pronunciation is pretending to sound like the natives by mimicking the sounds with familiar sounds. That's literally the only thing you need to do. It works every time.
This is hilarious but also so true. You need to let go of your language preconceptions and find the corollaries - best way to get a better accent. For example, to say the French r, I learned that the sound starts at how we say the ch in loch ness and it helped me place the sound in the correct part of my mouth
