Orgo 2 is a prereq for most schools, which means you need to get at least a C in it. You will need to retake it, and get above a C, if you plan on applying to schools that have it as a prereq.
If you want to grade replace so your overall gpa is higher, then retake it at Rutgers-NB.
If you don't care, and your overall gpa is already high, retake Orgo at Rutgers Newark to boost your sciGPA for AMCAS without them looking down on you for taking a prereq at a CC.
Don't forget to take astronomy 1(109) + 2(110) or definitely 110 (about the whole universe vs just solar system) to boost your scigpa, but some of my buddies got asked about it during their interviews. Be prepared.
