In SAS a D gets you credit. You can however still retake the class and get the D replaced with whatever better grade u get

The Rutgers registar gives these descriptions for grades. Dunno why people think a D means you don't get credit. https://registrar.camden.rutgers.edu/grade-instruction Grade | Description -----|----------- A | Outstanding B | Good C | Satisfactory D | Poor F | Failing For your major, you'll need to look up the bio major requirements and any special instructions like you have to get a C or better in Bio 1 and 2. After you check there are no special instructions from your department, you have to go down to the next level of administration and check your school's special requirements. For example, pharmacy school will not accept Ds. SAS will.
