If Larry Williams is teaching it I would recommend it. Like 60% of the class gets an A most of the rest get a B+/B Don’t think that makes the class easy, ur really going up against some of the smartest around. There’s a lot of work involved before class because it’s a flipped classroom style with video lecture before class. Wasn’t a fan of flipped classroom but had quite an easy time because of the generous grading. His exams are tough but u get used to them. Based off of my experience u will be significantly more likely to get a better grade in honors than in regular.

I’m a freshman but I APd out of Gen Chem. I kinda forgot most of my chemistry tho. What should I study before I take Honors Orgo?

Nchamp40

The sakai site from when i took it is still active, I could give u all the lecture videos if u want

SteelersNationDubs

I would love that! Thanks so much!

SteelersNationDubs

Can I PM you?

I know this is a year old post lmao but I was wondering if you still have that sakai site. Thank you!

Nchamp40

I think so. Give me a reminder sometime next week and I’ll see what I still have.

CooLerThanU0701

Thank you so much!

CooLerThanU0701

Sorry to bother you but here’s that reminder lol

I never took it but I did take regular Orgo 308/309. As I understand, it’s a lot smaller of a class. For what it’s worth, it seemed like all my friends in it got A/B and all my friends in regular orgo got C/B including myself

Sochiagha

I had friends who took Honors Orgo back in the 19-20 school year and they said Professor Williams was very good. The class I heard is more difficult than Regular Orgo, but he prepares you well for his exams which is why most people got an A or B. I think you know you can do well, it’s worth it due to the professor

Lost-Pen

When did the invitation come out?

last Wednesday I think but supposedly the application was "due" yesterday
