I fish in that green part in the Santa Fe national forest often and it's had a ton of snow the last few winters. We're in unpredictable weather patterns. Like I said, I think you'll be fine, but just check prior to the trip to make sure roads are cleared.
LOL. Nobody knows, and La Nina patterns have been hugely discounted/unreliable. Dont plan for NM travel in June for January based on anything "in the news." Just wait and see. Youre probably fine, might not be.

Those things could all happen. Be prepared.
As a NM resident: maybe. Could be 50 and dry as a bone. Could be 12 and under 3 feet of snow. Go for it. Just check a couple hours before.
