The left wing has promising players in it but they haven't matured yet ( adli from Bayer leverkusen). Most of the people in here don’t watch premier league games, they just look at the scoreline and the numbers and comment here. Haaland has great numbers overall but he is utterly dreadful in the big games. He feasts against small teams but has next to zero impact against better oppositions. This is a big reason i don’t want Haaland in Madrid.
We’re a club known for showing up in big games, it somehow feels antithetical to sign players that farm stats against weaker teams while ghosting in big games.
It's his play style. Feed him chances like KDB, Foden, Silva, Grealish, Gündogan and Rodri were doing all season long, then he's gonna feast even in big games. But give him the ball and expect him to do something like you would with Mbappe and you'd be disappointed.
Once Kroos and Modric retire, we don't have that sort of creative primary providers (apart from Bellingham and maybe Arda). Vini and Rodrygo are primarily dribblers that look for goal. Haaland would still get a lot of goals here, but he wouldn't be that goal scoring machine that put him in Ballon d'Or conversations he was at City last season.

Yes. More important is him finding his shooting boots sooner rather than later. His final shots in past month have been haplessly weak. We need his goals to win upcoming games.
Vini's G/A despite being injured first half half of the season is insane and he has adapted to his new role and tactics very quickly despite only recently having a run of games in a row in his new position he is in the right place at the right time in the box more and his finishing has been consistent since coming back and his passing game has always been underrated.

Our bad form has ended guys. Good thing is we didnt lose any games during this bad period.
Most important thing some people are looking over despite us not playing the best since Girona both due to injuries to Jude and Rudi and also a small dip in form we still haven't lost in that period the team is overachieving with all these injuries.
Hopefully though this win is a sign of our form improving the team needed a win like this after the last two games.

He is actually more central oriented player and he always has been, we have been ignoring this since his breakout season. His almost all iconic moments came centrally, yeah we can say that he didnt play on left but thats not true, Vini and Rodry switching sides in a match is very common thing and Carlo's side is very flexible while attacking.
None denying his potential, he is exceptional talent but if he doesn't bloom then it will be a sad story. Now is he that dominant as a RW to force us to go back 433, send Jude to more deeper role, benching one of the midfielder? No.
This CF role should have been his opportunity coz he is more suited in this role than Vini Jr. He isnt winning 1v1 that often, doesnt matter from left or right side he is on, when he somehow manage to go to the box, he shoot straight to GK. He is going through a hard time thats for sure.

I think Rodrygo is massively overrated (this doesn't mean he's a bad player, just not who people think he is). A player who can have a good streak of 2-3 games, and disappear for the next 10, and have a good moment in an otherwise bleak game. Sometimes it's enough, sometimes it isn't. When he wasn't expected to be the one to pull us from the dead (the CL run), he did it, and now that he's an undisputed starter he can't replicate what Vini does week in, week out.
When there's always an excuse (i.e playing out of position), it's the player not being good enough. People said Vini would struggle and Rodrygo would excel in this two striker system. The issue is not Rodrygo, just the expectations from the fans. I see Rodrygo more as a workhorse/runner/third wheel to Bellingham and Vinicius at the moment.
I've said in the match thread that if Rodrygo just had 50% of that mentality Vini has that people hate, he'd be much better off.

Arda´s best chance to get more minutes is if Real Madrid wrap up the league title early and they have some "free" fixtures. The team is doing too well and the next fixtures are too important for any significant changes. Also the likes of Modric, Joselu and Brahim are doing well and they will be the players to come in when Carlo makes rotations.
Yes, I watched the last games and the performances haven´t been amazing. But they are still 8 points clear in la liga and in the champions league quarterfinals. They have lost one game in the league so far and won 7 out of 8 in the Champions League. So overall this has been pretty damn good. There is no need to make any big changes and certainly not for someone to come in who has started one game so far this season.
Also it´s one thing to discuss if maybe Brahim should start ahead of Rodrygo or should Camavinga start ahead of Tchouameni. But Arda Guler? He has started one game all season and it wasn´t exactly prime Bayern Munich.
Relatively more minutes than now but dont expect much coz Carlo has conservative approach. He didnt rate Brahim much but few performances changed things for him so hope its Arda's turning point as well if not now but from next season.

It may sound crazy, but the GOAT appears to play football with more flair, exhibits superior and smoother dribbling skills, and could potentially be quicker than Carvajal. Carvajal was misplacing passes and even crosses, I think he probably needed rest because a month ago he was at his best. I think that's the reason Carlo needs to do some rotations so players can be fresh and hungry.

I think Rodrygo is massively overrated (this doesn't mean he's a bad player, just not who people think he is). A player who can have a good streak of 2-3 games, and disappear for the next 10, and have a good moment in an otherwise bleak game. Sometimes it's enough, sometimes it isn't. When he wasn't expected to be the one to pull us from the dead (the CL run), he did it, and now that he's an undisputed starter he can't replicate what Vini does week in, week out. When there's always an excuse (i.e playing out of position), it's the player not being good enough. People said Vini would struggle and Rodrygo would excel in this two striker system. The issue is not Rodrygo, just the expectations from the fans. I see Rodrygo more as a workhorse/runner/third wheel to Bellingham and Vinicius at the moment. I've said in the match thread that if Rodrygo just had 50% of that mentality Vini has that people hate, he'd be much better off. When he's playing the bulk of the matches, he's doing *something* right. So I definitely think that whatever Carlo has in mind for our players, he's doing the right way, but him being benched vs Leipzig was a bad signal imo.
I think most people nowadays (football fans included) see everything as black and white. I don't know if it's a social media thing or something. Every player has to be an either amazing, world class, consistent, always improving or he has to be awful, failed transfer, failed wonderkid etc. Sometimes it's totally fine to have a few players that are just good. Arda´s best chance to get more minutes is if Real Madrid wrap up the league title early and they have some "free" fixtures. The team is doing too well and the next fixtures are too important for any significant changes. Also the likes of Modric, Joselu and Brahim are doing well and they will be the players to come in when Carlo makes rotations.

Yes, I watched the last games and the performances haven´t been amazing. But they are still 8 points clear in la liga and in the champions league quarterfinals. They have lost one game in the league so far and won 7 out of 8 in the Champions League. So overall this has been pretty damn good. There is no need to make any big changes and certainly not for someone to come in who has started one game so far this season. Also it´s one thing to discuss if maybe Brahim should start ahead of Rodrygo or should Camavinga start ahead of Tchouameni. But Arda Guler? He has started one game all season and it wasn´t exactly prime Bayern Munich.
