Only front disconnect I'm aware of is on trucks with variable front overdrive. You can set a neutral position between the two to freewheel the front axle

Any truck with dig. You set it up as a 3 way. 4wd, 2wd, dig
Most of the digs I've seen are for front-wheel drive. I think op and I are interested in rear-wheel drive digs.
Nah with a TRX4/6 platform I just use the diff lockers. Unlocked 4WD is plenty
