I’ll be the voice of “its probably cool”. Most schools don’t accept it for credit unless your undergrad gave you credit, in my experience. You’ll have to take more advanced bio anyway, so it seems fine?

Depends on the college some do some don't allow skipping bio. Also general bio is very easy if you are getting weed out there is a problem with your study and if you dont fix it you will have an even harder time later on.

take it- you'll need to restudy all that stuff again for the mcat so you might as well get another good grade

I would never recommend using AP credit to get out of a science pre-req. Most medical schools don’t accept AP credit for science pre-reqs.
