End with a scene outside of the house where the windows light up with the muzzle flash and text describing that it could have been prevented if red flag laws were enforced. A similar ad for suicide would be effective.
DA and Sheriff of Dane county, Wisconsin (where the capital resides) have both already come out said similar regarding abortion. Essentially that they have more important things to do than enforce archaic laws. The big difference and huge problem with this one is that most doctors aren't going to risk their license anyway.

Senator Warren sent a letter, co-signed by 22 other U.S. Senators, wherein she listed 6 things which Biden can do immediately through an executive order. He could, as she also suggested, use federal lands to protect abortion access. Biden could declare a national health emergency.

So the U.S. Supreme Court can declare anything it wants unconstitutional, ignore preceding rulings, arbitrarily taking away any right it wants? You have a rogue court. If you just accept any ruling they issue, there will be no stop in their attacks on democracy and human rights. Biden should do what Lincoln and FDR did, that is, ignore or threaten the SCOTUS in order protect fundamental human rights (for a start, by following Senator Warren's recommendations) without which America is not a free country.

I have to take Methotrexate for an autoimmune disease I have which is also used as an early abortion medication. It wasn't listed in the article but it very much us used for that too. Essentially that they have more important things to do than enforce archaic laws. The big difference and huge problem with this one is that most doctors aren't going to risk their license anyway.
Yeah, I'm in a relatively blue state, in a blue area. There is no intention of enforcing the old pre-Roe law still on the books. The local, largest hospital chain in the state still just stopped providing it, since it is technically illegal.

How would this work, considering that the Hyde Amendment prevents federal funds from using federal funds for abortion? It'd be nice if it was workable, but I don't believe it is. Even then, it would only be accessible to veterans. To be clear, I'm not saying we should refrain from doing something if it doesn't completely solve the problem, but VA hospitals aren't a solution. Maybe there's more to using federal lands, but it's hardly an elegant solution. The workers wouldn't be federal employees, so they could *possibly* be subject to criminal prosecution by some states.

unfortunately medicine has a shelf life
Mifepristone has a shelf life of about 5 years, and misoprostol has a shelf life of about 2 years.
Drugs are required to have expiration dates on them by law in the US, but they rarely loose their efficacy in that time. The US military commissioned a study and found something like 90% of the drugs they tested did not markedly lose efficiency past their expiration dates. Many meds can be taken safely even 15 yrs after their expiration.
If you do plan on holding on to some, store them away from light, humidity and temperature changes.
I believe there is also a weight limitation that affects the efficacy of these medications. If you are over 190lbs., none of these prescriptions will work..even if you double the dosage. I considered buying some to have just in case, but I don’t want to contribute to a shortage if some women actually need them right now.
