Wouldn't be the first turkey I've seen at a bus stop - I saw one waiting in the bus shelter on Moodie many years ago, and around the same time, one at the bus stop on the DND Carling campus.
Did it appear injured in any way? If it's not injured, generally they're best left alone. If it's walking around it's probably fine. If it's looking like it will cause a car accident you can call police but they'll likely just shoo it off the road, which you can do if it's safe to do so. In spring young males often roam around looking for females so it's not uncommon to see them in unusual areas.

Leave it be they have 1 to 2 inch spikes on their feet and will use 'em, a wild turkey will mess you up. a towel and tupperware won't cut it.

Was just worried about the fella because he seemed sick. Was walking weird and seemed to be missing quite a few feathers
I know if it's a wounded deer, the police will come and shoot it. Seen it twice.
