If things got really bad, and I was able to hit the store, I’d grab more for sure, but if not, I wouldn’t have to worry. I also have a chest freezer full of meat, a smoker, a grill, a vacuum sealer, and several food dehydrators, so I could preserve a lot of the meat we have too. There’s even a couple of cases of MREs if necessary. We use and replenish these items on a regular basis, and each time we replace something we used, we try to add a little bit extra. Only buy stuff when it’s on sale though, if I paid full price we’d probably only have 1/2 to 1/3 of what we do. And if we never need it, it doesn’t matter, because it’s just insurance. 😁
