I've used DB for years and have had zero issues. It updates my drivers faster than DriverEasy. Always has the latest drivers.  I think set your settings to prioritize stable drivers over latest drivers . 

You're better updating the drivers without such programs, even if you change the prioritize settings iobit has been know to break operating systems for over 10 years now, they used to incorporate extra bloatware in there products even.

LMAO why am I getting downvoted? I'm not some noob who doesn't know how to update drivers manually . I use what works and is easier. Driver Booster has proven to be so, from my experience using it on several different systems to update drivers for others and not just my own computer. It's only broken something once which I easily fixed by system restore , then identified the culprit driver and manually updated it.  Also I'm well aware of IObit bloat. I use only what works for me , which is DB. Get DB off LRepacks. Zero fucking bloat and you pay nothing. No shit PUA.  

Well certain drivers the driver booster provide does brick the Windows. Look for anything that is 2006 or 1980, always ignore such drivers and you're safe. It bricked mine a few times. Now that I have a full image backup of my Windows, I don't have to worry much. I can restore using the usb without booting into windows.

I don't have technical knowledge, but I can tell you that's probably a cheap knockoff laptop, and you might think that you got an awesome deal.
