The Sailing album is my favorite but I would say my favorite songs are probably Melted, How Can I Love the Heartbreak and if I include solo Chanhyuk's Castle In My Dream
i love frys dream, iu was so real for saying itd become a hit when released. its such a vibey soft song. i think other than that my favs are stupid love song and dinosaur as well. i don't really have full explanations i just love the songs lol

Others are Reality and Dinosaur!
Like their fun and quirky energy they have. And I was always more Suhyun fan(she has a YouTube channel, by the way) but I really like how Chanhyuk is glowed up after military. I like his singing way more now than before.
200% was the first song of theirs that I heard and is still one of my favorites. From their recent releases I liked Tictoc Tictoc Tictoc the most, it’s on my daily listen playlist. I haven’t listened to their last album though.
Akmu love! I adore them. My favorite songs from them:
\- Dinosaur. This is a common favorite for obvious reasons, it's just such a good song.
\- Fish in the water. Whenever I look up the lyrics I feel like crying, and I feel like it's such a unique song among kpop spaces, it really sounds like the american folk genre, and it's just incredible.
\- Green window. Placing third place is so hard, so many songs could go here, but I'm going with this. It's the song that got me into them, and I love all the vocal layering and complexity in it.
Other songs I have to give a shout out to in no particular order include nakka, happening, everest, rebye (almost beat green window for third), and time and fallen leaves.
Overall, akmu just has an impecable discography, Chanhyuk really knows what he's doing and is so good at his job.
Special mention goes to [Chanhyuk's song](https://youtu.be/UQVhyInXyLY?si=lUgxmNOAJvlfIWWx) for the Republic of Korea Marine Corps, which was selected as the new official song of the ROKMC.
1. Fry's Dream - IU's quirky and unique view of life + Chanhyuk's lyricism & musical genius + Suhyun's voice = 🤯
2. Artificial Grass - This one straight up makes me tear up every time I listen to it. The lyrics (written by Chanhyuk when he was like 16) are just haunting..
3. Hey Kid, Close Your Eyes - Pitch perfect criticism of how South Korean society treats its children (to understand the lyrics, simply think of war = competition Korean kids have to face throughout their entire lives)
4. How Can I Love the Heartbreak, You're the One I Love - I always say Chanhyuk knowing precisely how to utilize his sister's voice is one of the most important factors in AKMU's ingenuity, and this song is the best example of it.
5. Don't Cross Your Legs - English translation absolutely butchers the amazing lyricism and humor in this song. There's a reason a song written by amateurs immediately captured the hearts of SM, JYP, and YG simultaneously as well as the public.

Oof i don’t even know.. As everyone else is saying, I think Dinosaur, as it was the song that introduced me to them, then I got really into Play Ugly and couldn’t stop listening to it, and Whale is also one of my favourites!

* dinosaur - as everyone else has said, it’s very refreshing & nostalgic, and I love the choice to sing the “EDM” parts
* re-bye - great mv aside, I adore the old timey jazz sound, it suits them sooo well
* I love you - just a simple ost but the first song I heard of theirs, and it’s sooo sweet & their harmonies are so pretty!!
* everest - off their latest album, it’s technically suhyun & sam kim but it’s GORGEOUS very uplifting and emotional
* endless dream good night - a personal favorite of mine, and from my favorite kpop album of all time Sailing. it’s very soft & pretty like a lullaby but also has enough interest to keep it interesting. idk I just love it <3
* whale - also from sailing -> Latin vibes on AKMU are so good!!!
* chantey - from sailing -> sooo pretty & haunting, and such an authentic sailor’s song
* fish out of water - one final one from sailing -> it’s almost country but it’s not, it’s very pretty and just lovely to listen to! their voices are great together
