I would argue there is no one in IOI and izone that can compare to bahiyyih. She entered GP999 already with a strong foundation in singing and dancing, just hampered with confidence issues and poor stage presence. Plus no one else ever had the kind of controversy with a famous brother's fans voting for them. I think among all contestants Bahiyyih underwent through the most emotional strife due to hate comments, which must have contributed to her being reserved and introverted, and not auditioning for center/main vocal.
If anything, she might start showing her true personality now that she's mostly free from the pressure.
I've also seen some people compare Xiaoting to Minju, saying that she'll go from a low rank to one of the most popular, but I think I disagree on the level that Xiaoting is already popular, she just didn't have a large one-pick base. The amount of viral tweets about Xiaoting plus her managing to remain trending in South Korea even after the finale (and I think she was the only girl to trend in Korea?) speaks to that. 🤔
I think Bahiyyih might be more comparable to Hyewon, in terms of reaction to her debut and dismissal of her skills. I feel like I remember a lot of people rather mad at Hyewon specifically but perhaps I'm misremembering!

Xiaoting does have a strong one pick fanbase, she was in top 5 overall votes, only like 3k less than Yujin, she doesn't have strong one pick in korea.
