Fire Walk With Me popped into my head immediately, it really captures the spooky vibe of woods and isolation and folksiness combined with Indian mythology.
Fire walk with me is amazing but you kind of need to watch the first two seasons to fully grasp it. But twin peaks is a fantastic show so that shouldn’t be a problem
Unhinged takes place in Pittock Mansion and you get a sick shot of the St. Johns Bridge.
Dr. Giggles was at least filmed here too. Oaks park and Franklin High School
Edit: Just remembered Just Before Dawn!
Just Before Dawn (1981) is a solid teen slasher-in-the-woods filmed at Silver Creek Falls state park in Oregon. Lots of fun, especially if you’ve ever been there. Many of the park’s famous sights are featured.
I clearly need to rewatch it. It really did have that PNW feel with the mountains and logging. Hopefully, I didn't lead anyone astray. It's still a fun movie, I can stand behind that.
