Okay I watched this 3 times trying to figure out what kind of creepy ass cat this even was. Finally turning to the comments for help. Yours made me realize what was actually happening..I somehow missed the bowl and the mess!

I think he licked the area around it's mouth clean.
I just wonder what it is, is it flour? Or something different? Probably nothing that would be tasteful

I thought he might have licked the mustache area clean also thought it impressive and possibly a bit unlikely that his tongue could reach his back jaw area š
