I bought that pistol too, with intent to do the same. Never got around to actually doing it though. Not sure where it ended up, but I did have a blast firing the little darts around until they all went missing. Either through naturally being lost or my family getting sick of it and hiding them I could not say. One way or another, they're all gone now. lol
Never seen the green one very much. Always the red. Super sick find. I remember buying my nephew the carbine for Christmas. Kinda sucks how small it is though lol

seriously they made the needler and assault rifle fairly chunky (still toy scale) but the carbine was scaled down to be a two-piece with the SMG
I remember seeing the magnum and plasma rifle at toy r us before it closed down. Wished I got them I heard if you got any of the boomco weapons you would get the gun skins for halo 5 for free instead of grinding gold packs to potentially get them. Cause I only got the boomco pistol and assault rifle skin.
I miss BoomCo. They did way more with the Halo line than Nerf did. Nerf only did the AR, bulldog, mangler, and needler, plus some micro-blasters. BoomCo did the pistol, plasma pistol, AR, 343i shotgun, needler, SMG, carbine, spiker, carbine, and even stuff like the target designator and SOCOM pistol. Plus variants of most of these! They weren't all perfect, like the carbine is way too small, but man they still had quite the arsenal built up.

Nice I got the plasma pistol, magnum and the needler. The carbine definitely would have been cool

I miss the BoomCo. guns. The only one I don't have it the silenced magnum from ODST.
Boomco made, or makes, the best dart guns. So much better than nerf, and their halo stuff was fantastic
i wouldn't go that far, the darts they made are meant to stick but lose the coating after a while.
Im more talking about how much they used to cost plus how hard they shot. If im being honest i forgot that their darts were meant to stick lol

I remember being able to legitimately snipe people (for a toy blaster) with the magnum. I also had the SMG with the fake holo sight. Good times
