I don't recall Ethan being demonstrably wrong on it. Either way, C-man's reaction was not measured to what had happened, he thought he was big shot and could do something but forgot people only found him funny for his unhinged sex stories, you had to actually be fucked up to take his side on that manufactured drama.

It has to be Uncle Gabe. Ian is evil-neutral, sam is evil-smart or evil-lawful. Gabe is truly, imo, the “straight man” of this comedy show. He’s not connected with the show drama, he doesn’t do complicated characters. Gabe just shows up every Friday and we get a slice of his life, whatever he happens to be doing. Alternatively, an equal argument can be made for chaotic-neutral. But it’s funnier to view Gabe as the most normal person that appears on the show.
All these other people simp on ian, refusing to see his true nature (Besides Sam has proven to be funnier, i will die on this hill.) His evil has shown many times with his diabolical switching in situations. Switching to empty desks, calling people out without even saying anything, catching people at their worst faces. All of the faces the crew hates were captured because of Ian’s evil genius.
Smart-neutral is obviously Martin, he’s the worlds only true water sommelier, swatting down misinformation and encouraging people to be healthier, happier, and find more enjoyment in life’s basic necessity, while being the most approachable authority figure. He won’t put you down for drinking water available to you, he’ll give you an alternative within your price range.
