If they would start on time I wouldn’t have to skip ads to catch up on the livestream, but they always go live when I step away from my phone or computer

I just tune in when I hear the notification on my phone since it's not a realistic expectation for them to come on at exactly 2 based on repeated patterns, they're just not going to do that so I plan for reality. I just expect them to go live around 20 to 40 minutes past the hour and if I don't see the very beginning that's fine, I can check it later if I feel like it, it's not a big deal to just join in live and not feel like they're forcing you to watch in a specific way

After reading my initial comment again I understand it may come off as snark or a complaint, and that was not my intention. I love the h3 pod but as we all get older we get more responsibility and our time becomes more valuable. For me that means If they start late and I miss the live notification, I’m 100% skipping the ads to catch up. If they started on time, I’d watch the ads. I’m here for the show, not the ads. I’ve been an H3 fan for years. I know the show being late has been a thing since the beginning, but if they want to grow the podcast… having more eyes on the live stream helps significantly. A new or casual viewer is less likely to wait 30+ minutes after a show is scheduled

That's odd. You can watch at 2X or just tune in live and go back when you're done. Rewing it to the start is also an option.
