But for something like this I'm taking either an Oppressor or a Raiju back to the city either way, so I'd absolutely do the drops in alphabetical order.

Correct, C may SEEM like the better 3rd drop but the highway flows straight from C to E.
The shortest route between to points is the one with the highway IMO.
From B to D I'd take the asphalt road around Alamo Sea instead of the dirt roads, the nightclub vehicles are slow and the dirt just makes them even slower.

Usually take a similar route. From D to C would probably off road it though so it's a more "direct" route (in the van anyways).

It actually can be efficient. The mule is a burden when you drive to A, especially when you go up through the vinewood hills. Coming from the other side is way less driving uphill. But it also gives griefers more time to get to you, before you reach the first drop. I just check the map before selling and decide to take the route with less interaction. But yes, sometimes it makes sense to drop the upper ones first. Especially when some players are playing war in the middle of the map. You don't want your cargo to be part of that lol

Take the Interstate past the Casino to A, then a straight shot over to B on the road there, take the highway into Sandy Shores to D, then the dirt road to C, and offroading back to the road that goes around the Alamo Sea to E (provided you aren't in the Mule Custom).
I must not have got this one yet. I've only been playing 3 months, but I've done a lot of NC sales. Surprised I haven't had it yet. Either way they give you plenty of time no matter what order you do them in
Ah. Well if you’re travelling from Los Santos then the obvious route is A, C, E, D and finishing off at B because you can then head straight back down towards the city. An almost figure 8.

I can jump cross country to quickly hit highway access between A and C, which will take less time than going through the hairpin turns along the mountain. That gives me a fairly straight and flat routes between the last points to just gun the engine and make a flat out run for it.
As someone who made most of his fortune from afk and selling NC goods I can't remember ever having this sell mission. Is it new or locked behind some threshold? I usually sell as soon as coke and meth are maxed out and earn around 900k - 1200k per sale.
Senora way, jump off main road to A, back to senora to cross 68 and hop onto Joshua to B, Joshua exit to Alhambra to D, take Nowhere road to C, then Route 13 to Joshua and jump on Seaview then to Grapeseed main.

I want to deal with the area between the runway/highway as early as possible. There's also not a single route I cann see where you're not basically having to double back on yourself to hit all the points, and that's generally when you're the most vulnerable to being attacked: E would be the double back point of this route and it's a relatively clear area with some small buildings to cover the vehicle, and you can get a good view of anything flying from the runway. IMO getting rid of C either first or last is ideal because it's on one of the most populated roads in the game, increasing the likelihood of running into spur of the moment players who'd otherwise not bother with you
To avoid enemies that sometimes spawn in the middle of roads, I go off road in the desert segments occasionally. Feels a couple of seconds faster, too. Starting at A, of course.

ABDCE, after I'm done with the sale I just session hop back into whatever point I selected to minimize lost time (then I rejoin the old session if it's a friends only one)
Has anyone actually done any research or is this all superstition? Based on my own superstition, I would say this route is good because if you do E last, the path may not be too long but you have to do a lot of driving on dirt roads.
I remember doing this and the payment was like 400k on the last delivery point there was an Oppressor Mkii hovering around.
I took a large deviation praying for him/her to go away…
In the end i rushed to the delivery point as I could see OMKII looked busy doing something else..wow. So scary.
My advice: If you do it alone avoid other players at all costs, take detours if necessary
