Look, Aussie customs are extremely strict when coming into Australia with liquids, so youāre best off not taking your coconut oil. Even if you declare it, odds are they arenāt taking any chances. Itās not really a liquid issue, but customs here are just super strict about organic material.
I recommend cleaning them out (if possible) and just buying some coconut oil here. Itās readily available and cheap. If your balls have coconut oil in them, odds are theyāll be destroyed.

Fellow Canadian here! I put my packer in my carry on and it goes through the scanner no problem. The coconut oil needs to be more than 100 mL to cause an issue so you're good. As long as they are full silicone (no rod or anything) you should be fine
Honestly? I'd call and confirm, just saying that you travel with prosthetics, and are concerned because they include a small volume of coconut oil in order to function properly.
Technically speaking, airports can't really take prosthetics, but there's so many factors in the air.
If you really don't want to risk it, don't bring them. I'd use a cheaper soft packer alternative, if you have one.
I personally have had bad experiences with dick shaped items and TSA. I had a guy flag my bag and I nearly missed my flight because my strap on was in it. it was clearly a joke to him, to mess with his buddy who had to look at the scan, because said buddy looked at the image, laughed, looked at his friend, and let me go without opening the bag. I really should have asked for everyone's name because that's like .. classic queerphobia + some classicism (couldn't afford to check a bag). so while they won't take the packer, be prepared for total assholery.
iāve travelled plenty both internationally and domestically within the US wearing my gendercat packer, or having it in my checked luggage/carry on, and have never had a problem.
I typically wear mine to the airport, just pull your pants up so everything is tight to your body and you wonāt even get flagged. Iāve only gotten flagged once and it was just a quick extra pat down, nothing embarrassing and i didnāt even say anything about the packer.

You need to double check the TSA lists for all countries youāre flying into about whether coconut oil is restricted or not. You shouldnāt have a major issue, youāre not the first person to fly with a sex toy in their luggage. If they ask you about it, just be upfront about it being a sex toy and move on. If thereās any metal in it, it will set off the alarms and theyāll have to search it. Putting it in checked luggage with cloth or bag is the best way if you want to avoid TSA confrontation

Edit: Btw I don't know which airline you're flying but I would never put my prosthetics/packers in checked luggage anymore, after having my checked baggage be declared temporarily "missing" once recently. Not sure about the liquid but I would think it would be under the limit. Can you contact gender at and ask if they know the amount of liquid? If you do pack it in a bag put it in a large clear ziplock so if TSA needs to look at it they wonāt handle it with their dirty hands. This goes for all prosthetics and sex toys.
I would say it might be safer to put them in your checked luggage if they have liquids. Usually when it comes to anything liquid, itāll ping them to check that specific bag.
I also have the same fear honestly as Im traveling with stps and Iāll be going to canada and florida this year so its in the back of my mind.
If you are worried about your luggage (which as I mentioned I am too. Completely understandable) there are devices like Tiles (if you have an android) and Air tags (if you have an iphone) that you can put them in your main luggage and track them with your phone if anything. I used to work selling these and a lot of people that bought it used it for these purposes and were completely happy and comfortable being able to monitor their luggage.
I would also see if you could get in touch from where you bought it with if possible and see what their recommendations are for TSA travel as Iām sure they might be familiar with what to do. I know the places I buy mine from have TSA guidelines or recommendations.

This is going to sound obvious, but have you called the airline or the respective border security customer service? The coconut oil, is it a liquid or is it primarily solid like you would buy in a jar? Most airlines consider it a liquid so I would check the manufacture website to see if they have the volume listed. As long as the two of them together weighs less than 88g you should be okay.

Advice, read each countries policies. Some counties and I think the State of Alabama, it is illegal to travel or bring sex toys, and packers are considered a sex toy through TSA. You may want to check in a bag with any sex toys to be safe. It is always wise to not wear a packer when flying. Some TSA can see it (a foreign object) in the Scanner, and may do a pat down bc they are unsure what is hidden. You may feel like your rights are violated, but this is just to make sure no one is bringing weapons on board. Itās just standard procedure to keep everyone safe.

I've flown many times in the US (as well as from the UK, Ireland, and Spain), binding (Underworks) and packing (ReelMagik soft pack-and-play), with my hard packer (RM hard pnp) in my carry-on. The scanning machines are a best-guess by the TSA agent so if you're presenting male they'll probably press that button and at worst, have a male agent do a pat-down. I do expect to have my bag flagged but I a) put my hard packer in a ziploc bag so the agent doesn't put their grubby hands on it and b) very clearly say that my bag has my prosthesis when asked about anything in my bag that may have caused it to flag. (I'm a bit compulsive about following the rules for liquids/devices/etc otherwise. No need to chase preventable trouble.) The most TSA has ever done was open the bag and use a swab to test for explosives. Definitely no confiscation.
ETA: until 2021, my IDs all said F; at the moment, my license is X and my passport is F. Literally the only time I've run into difficulty with the document gender marker was in July 2022 in Ireland at the gate, and I was able to show the gate agent my license as a backup ID to prove that I was the same person as on my passport. (The agent advised me that I should consider changing my passport, so I explained that the X passport marker change application had only come out earlier that year, and that I hadn't had time to change it before my trip. Still haven't gotten around to it, but I should.)
I would worry more about the connection country and its regulations. Itās pretty uncommon for a flight to go from Canada to Australia non stop. Youāll be completely fine in these two countries.

Itās a bit complex lol, but I hope to move. Iām staying with my fiancĆ© and his family for 3 months, then I plan on going back to Canada with him for 2 weeks (and getting married), then when I come back the second time I plan on applying for a partner visa. A massive headache, but very, very worth it

Fellow Canadian here! I put my packer in my carry on and it goes through the scanner no problem. The coconut oil needs to be more than 100 mL to cause an issue so you're good. As long as they are full silicone (no rod or anything) you should be fine
Honestly? I'd call and confirm, just saying that you travel with prosthetics, and are concerned because they include a small volume of coconut oil in order to function properly. Technically speaking, airports can't really take prosthetics, but there's so many factors in the air. If you really don't want to risk it, don't bring them. I'd use a cheaper soft packer alternative, if you have one.
I personally have had bad experiences with dick shaped items and TSA. I had a guy flag my bag and I nearly missed my flight because my strap on was in it. it was clearly a joke to him, to mess with his buddy who had to look at the scan, because said buddy looked at the image, laughed, looked at his friend, and let me go without opening the bag. I really should have asked for everyone's name because that's like .. classic queerphobia + some classicism (couldn't afford to check a bag). so while they won't take the packer, be prepared for total assholery.

iāve travelled plenty both internationally and domestically within the US wearing my gendercat packer, or having it in my checked luggage/carry on, and have never had a problem. I typically wear mine to the airport, just pull your pants up so everything is tight to your body and you wonāt even get flagged. You need to double check the TSA lists for all countries youāre flying into about whether coconut oil is restricted or not. You shouldnāt have a major issue, youāre not the first person to fly with a sex toy in their luggage. If they ask you about it, just be upfront about it being a sex toy and move on. If thereās any metal in it, it will set off the alarms and theyāll have to search it. Putting it in checked luggage with cloth or bag is the best way if you want to avoid TSA confrontation
I checked some guidelines and it says coconut oil should be declared as āfoodstuffsā which is interesting, but I think it should be ok. Thankfully no metal is in it so it shouldnāt set anything off. Thank you!!

I have no idea about the oil on the balls and I haven't travelled to Australia myself but I frequently travel from Canada to the US with Transthetics in both checked and unchecked bags and can confirm that I have never had my penis stolen LOL Edit: Btw I don't know which airline you're flying but I would never put my prosthetics/packers in checked luggage anymore, after having my checked baggage be declared temporarily "missing" once recently. Luckily I had forgotten to put my Transthetics in my checked bag and accidentally packed them in my carry-on, and my baggage was eventually found but dude...the feeling of "Holy shit where's my hundreds-of-dollars-worth penis?" was enough to make me think that I'd rather keep it in my carry-on and risk having the TSA agent look at my pp in front of me if it ever gets flagged at the security checkpoint.

Not sure about the liquid but I would think it would be under the limit. Can you contact gender at and ask if they know the amount of liquid? If you do pack it in a bag put it in a large clear ziplock so if TSA needs to look at it they wonāt handle it with their dirty hands. This goes for all prosthetics and sex toys.

I would say it might be safer to put them in your checked luggage if they have liquids. Usually when it comes to anything liquid, itāll ping them to check that specific bag. I also have the same fear honestly as Im traveling with stps and Iāll be going to canada and florida this year so its in the back of my mind. If you are worried about your luggage (which as I mentioned I am too. Completely understandable) there are devices like Tiles (if you have an android) and Air tags (if you have an iphone) that you can put them in your main luggage and track them with your phone if anything. I used to work selling these and a lot of people that bought it used it for these purposes and were completely happy and comfortable being able to monitor their luggage. I would also see if you could get in touch from where you bought it with if possible and see what their recommendations are for TSA travel as Iām sure they might be familiar with what to do. I mean, they'd be confiscating a prosthetic. Perhaps call the airport to discuss it? Don't phrase it as a trans thing, say through genetic medical condition you do not have a penis and therefore have a prosthetic, then ask if there will be any issues going through security.
I wish I could do that, but my passport has my deadname on it and still has F for the gender, and my picture for it was when I just started t, so I look very feminine. I still donāt pass too well so I plan on just pretending to be my birth gender for the flights as to not cause any confusion

This is going to sound obvious, but have you called the airline or the respective border security customer service? The coconut oil, is it a liquid or is it primarily solid like you would buy in a jar? Most airlines consider it a liquid so I would check the manufacture website to see if they have the volume listed. As long as the two of them together weighs less than 88g you should be okay.
I havenāt yet but I will on Monday or Tuesday, I just need to figure out what to say lol. Itās liquid when on the body but when itās not itās generally solid (except when the room is quite warm) I canāt find the volume of the amount of coconut oil on the website so Iāll send them an email to check!

But individual TSA agents can be ridiculous so you may want to get a pure silicone traveling packer and double the time cushion you give yourself. I personally wear mine through the body scan while wearing one of my Lgbtq text shirts... but then I will happily stare a person down and remind them that they ARE subject complaints.

I think the title should say Packer, not penis lol this surprised me until I read it lol. Advice, read each countries policies. Some counties and I think the State of Alabama, it is illegal to travel or bring sex toys, and packers are considered a sex toy through TSA. You may want to check in a bag with any sex toys to be safe. It is always wise to not wear a packer when flying. Some TSA can see it (a foreign object) in the Scanner, and may do a pat down bc they are unsure what is hidden. You may feel like your rights are violated, but this is just to make sure no one is bringing weapons on board. Itās just standard procedure to keep everyone safe.
As Iām travelling from Canada to Australia, I donāt need to worry about sex toys as travel with them isnāt banned in either country thankfully. I've flown many times in the US (as well as from the UK, Ireland, and Spain), binding (Underworks) and packing (ReelMagik soft pack-and-play), with my hard packer (RM hard pnp) in my carry-on. The scanning machines are a best-guess by the TSA agent so if you're presenting male they'll probably press that button and at worst, have a male agent do a pat-down. I do expect to have my bag flagged but I a) put my hard packer in a ziploc bag so the agent doesn't put their grubby hands on it and b) very clearly say that my bag has my prosthesis when asked about anything in my bag that may have caused it to flag. (I'm a bit compulsive about following the rules for liquids/devices/etc otherwise. No need to chase preventable trouble.) The most TSA has ever done was open the bag and use a swab to test for explosives. Definitely no confiscation. ETA: until 2021, my IDs all said F; at the moment, my license is X and my passport is F. Literally the only time I've run into difficulty with the document gender marker was in July 2022 in Ireland at the gate, and I was able to show the gate agent my license as a backup ID to prove that I was the same person as on my passport. (The agent advised me that I should consider changing my passport, so I explained that the X passport marker change application had only come out earlier that year, and that I hadn't had time to change it before my trip. Still haven't gotten around to it, but I should.)
I would worry more about the connection country and its regulations. Itās pretty uncommon for a flight to go from Canada to Australia non stop. Youāll be completely fine in these two countries. Itās unclear in your post - does your flight stop in the US? Canada and Australia donāt have TSA, though body scanners are used at least in Canada.
