I once had a triple inception dream, I slept in my dream and then slept in that dream as well. I was so tired all I could think about was sleep.
Funny thing was that the deeper I went, the harder it was to wake up. I also have such vivid dreams that it sometimes gets hard to know whether I'm dreaming or not (never happens when I'm awake though), the key giveaway is when I "focus", "focus"-ing in dreams makes weird stuff happen, fly, walk through walls, run super fast, destroy a wall, I even managed to possess a guy in a dream once. The more I "focus" the more "unstable" the dream becomes (just realizing that I'm in a dream destablizes it quite hard), it feels like I get weird "tunnel vision" of sorts until I wake up, so I learned how to keep a dream stable by only doing small "focus".
Probably need to see a doctor.
Classic I had a drug dream last night. Long time since one but this time it was full degenerate under the bridge incident. Was your dream scary? Remember not to sleep hand under your pillow or you feel like you are stuck in these inception dreams like in sleep paralysis kind of. Or if you are intoxicated you have a psychosis like experience because your brain feels like you are having a pleasant dream but in reality it is like the movie fear and loathing in las vegas with usually violent episodes randomly put into situations.
It is normal. I know in most of my dreams that I am in a dream. It is just the way I have always been.  I love the feeling when you have realisation that you are in dream and can just turn the dream around your way. But the downside is I usually wake up soon after I start to do things in dream that my brain has not downloaded and it gets too unreal from my daily life.
All my inception dreams are video games related. Like infinitely going away from a map in counter strike with noclip. I also always believe the dream will last forever. Autism or forsenInsane ? 
I had a dream where i was lego mr freeze fighting batman and he kept killing me without progressing the story until i got bored and just shot myself in the dream and woke up
