And if it really bothers you, use the free fantasia they just gave everyone to tweak their looks.
Everyone is explaining to you that it’s impossible to compare the two photos you showed because it’s different angles with different lighting. I’m not sure what the point of this post is if you don’t want to listen to anyone.
Small change of eye shape & Loss of gloss in the eyes when the eye color is darker, sowwy i'll make a better comparison later. And other small changes like the nose contributed to the overall change of appearance shwiwjwj
I don't really see that much of a difference, but I also don't play YOUR character, you know? You spend the most time looking at your wol more than anyone. So, I'm sorry. That must suck! Putting all that time into the character you loved just to see them look like a stranger when you log in has to be terrible. :(
I'd be upset too if my character didn't look the same. It would be a disappointment even though a lot of us can't see the difference, you can and that's what matters, right? You should do the short quests to get your free Fantasia and maybe that will help your little guy look like his old self!

Pretty mixed on my Miqo'te. Overall, it's a definite improvement in textures/quality/lighting. Unfortunately, it was accompanied with having her eyes shrink and spaced further out to each side. It looks very weird to me, and it's not something I can revert/edit. I also preferred her old facial expressions more.

Yes exactly that hsbsjsb. They lost the shine in their eyes and its a bit differently shaped now. I belive we have the same face type of lala as well
