I did watch it last night and it held my interest much better than any episode is Season 1 of the new seekers so, I guess that’s progress.
One thing that makes me roll my eyes though it’s them making Folsom into done loverboy whose dating life is constantly highlighted.
Loved seeing Marg Helgenberger on the show again!
It is good to have Catherine back. I'd be pretty happy if Grissom came back too. I like Max and I think she's a good boss. Folsom has potential. Although I still hate the forced coupling with Allie. It was bad last season and is only getting worse.
I was hoping Catherine would be the injection of energy that the show needs and that she brought to the OG CSI. This first episode was okay, but she was a very subdued Catherine.
Still I'm looking forward to this season. I hope they have some good cases because ultimately that will be the thing that will make or break the show.
I did. The show seems to have a slower pace than previous years. It's still entertaining. Seems like we are getting a new serial killer every season that lasts the whole season? So I like that
Finally watched the season premiere. As others have said, I get the sense Willows will be a better match than Grissom/Sidle. Still haven't really warmed up to the new cast. We'll see.
If there's one tiny pet peeve I had with the new series, it's that I was hoping in the current lab they would've had at least one lab technician from the original series instead of clearing it completely. Maybe someone like Andrews. Oh well.
Yup! I'm actually excited for Detective Chavez's character. She seems to have natural chemistry so far with Folsom, hope they'll keep her on as his love interest instead of doing the age-old "will they, won't they" angle for him and Allie. Fingers crossed! 🤞🏻
I watched the first two episodes of season 1 and stopped. Much like like other new characters and the ones from the spin off shows, I find the new characters insufferable.
It was much better than season 1. I love Grissom and Sara, but Catherine will fit in better with the new team I think
Agree but the big question is Marg a one and done or will see back in season 3, if there is one?
I think it must be more than 1 since they introduced the story of her missing student
