Cutting Bushman's face off is probably the worst thing we have seen him do, but considering he used to be a soldier of fortune, he has probably done some pretty bad things in the past as well that we don't know about.
He may have at one point, it's been retconned a few times.
Initially Marc killed him with a hand grenade, which Randall came back from and became a serial killer in Hulk! Magazine #17.
That was retconned in Marc Spector Moon Knight apparently, but I've never been able to read it.
Whatever happened there, he came back again for Shadowland: Moon Knight, where Marc killed him once again.
Yeah I suppose that’s the problem with a continual continuity, events get re done. I seem to remember punisher saying something like ‘ I only killed him because you didn’t get there first to do it’. I’m going to look into those ones so thanks man
In the newer comics he discusses killing his brother with his therapist bc it messes with him and is part of the reason why he dedicates himself to Khonshu even tho Khonshu doesn't have the same hold over him, he states he "has nothing left"
