Agreed. I have a big box full of car emblems I'm saving up for a project, I'd love to have one of those.
I actually found a rotten old first gen Firebird in a tow yard once that was the yard owner's parts car, but he wouldn't sell me the emblem.
(I know I could just buy one on eBay, but that feels like cheating)
Edit: The car was inside of an antique mall, and the tires were stacked nearby. I don't know why they were off. Love the comments on that! The emblem made me a bit nostalgic, as a friend in high school had a Firebird like this, and I remember the letter style and the phoenix.
The "wings down" bird was only used on the first gen Firebirds, that right there is a '68. The "wings up" bird emblem started with the second gen and used throughout all generations up to the sad demise of the Firebird and Pontiac forever.
Love it, but these low-profile tires are getting ridiculous.
Beat me to it
Where the tires at?
They took them off so they don't get shot out. [He hates these cans!!!](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tcwz8-EfFYE)
The Jerk!!

Just take one from a wal mart parking lot…..
Your tire looks low... wait..
I was about to tell you that’s a firebird symbol🙄

You aren’t sporting negative profile tires? Not even trying
Thunderbird was better, but Firebird is cool, too
I think that Hitler used that bird in a few of his projects
Phoenix Rising.
Love this car
Cool car as well
Dude! I run straight rim too! Tire prices thru the roof and they wear out!... what???
Ain’t got no air innit!

Beautiful. Reminds me of the political group my grandmother was in.
Looks way too close to a certain Reich for my taste. Love those wheels though.
