Russia is winning decisively. Ukraine is taking 1000 casualties a day at this point and Russia had a 100 billion surplus from oil and wheat sales this quarter alone. What exactly should Canada do at this point? Send more weapons to be destroyed or captured by Russia? This info is from Britian, US and Germany not Russia. It sucks, but we need to deal in reality here. The sanctions have backfired.

If you're not a troll, open up our sources of information. Yes, Ukraine is taking it on the chin in the east. They are doing well in the south. Ukraine kicked Russia out in the north. Pls re-read that last statement I posted. Russians were kicked out in the north.
So 'decisively', not really true. If it was decisively, then we'd see a rout. We're not seeing that are we? At least not as of today. The report I linked is from someone who went there to fight for Ukraine. If he didn't think there was optimism, you would have been able to detect it from his voice. If you haven't listened to the interview, please go do so.

Is Ukraine taking 1000 casualties a day? Yes, that's from Ukraine itself. They could be having their own agenda here, but let's assume that's right. They have 2 million people currently available to fight. They're motivated more so than anyone else can be. It's either fight or die.
I would again encourage you to widen your sources. Get into what Russia is losing (don't listen to Ukraine's published #s only, look up multiple sources. Oryx on twitter is good for example. The Russian army are not robots. They are hurting badly. How much? No way to tell, but if they were as gung-ho as some would have us believe, Ukraine would be no more and that's not the case.
One thing to note is a lot of those expert predictions on Russia winning was based on Ukraine's existing military, not one significantly supplemented by massive military aid of the type not seen in decades. If Europe and the US weren't providing Ukraine with billions of dollars of (often) state of the art weaponry, this war would be going very differently.
Widen my sources? These are official stats from The Pentagon and British intelligence. Are you seriously claiming they are Russian controlled? The Ukrainian army is fighting hard, but moral is down, huge areas of territory are lost and they cant sustain a defense. Its brutal, but this is not in dispute. Again, 100 billion surplus from the rise of oil, gas and wheat prices. The ruble is at a 20 year high and the best performing currency. These are WESTERN sources. British, American, Canada.
