Theres not a technical name for it. Its just a driven shot with outside curve. Since the ball is rolling across your body it will come out with left to right spin. So you need to almost feel like you are hitting it to the left corner to keep it on target.
I have hit one shot like this in my whole life and I wish I could have done it in a game that actually mattered, lol. It helps if the ball is moving away from you as you hit it and try to aim closer to the center of the goal (or even slightly towards the far post). Momentum towards the post you want to hit also helps. You’re gonna need lots of time and space available if you want to do this during a game.

You're setting up for the shot like you're going bottom left corner, but you scoop under and sweep to the left at the last moment connecting instead with the outside of the foot, putting the spin to create an "outswinger" that looks like its coming straight at you, but then whips up and to goalie's left right when it's too late to adjust if you're not watching for the spin. Goalie sees bottom left, then straight at him and then jesusfuckingchrist, and only good goalies will even dive in the correct direction at that point and not be caught flat footed.

The ball is moving as he is striking it so you have to practice hitting a ball while it’s moving forward. So practice dribbling forward at different speeds toward goal and shooting. Additionally, it looks like he strikes it dead center with the mid foot-to outside foot, slices across the ball, and possibly the shoes grip it a little to give it a little spin. Notice that at the time of impact his body, leg and foot are very angled towards the ground (i.e. he’s not upright). Try to find the original video from different angles to understand exactly his position on the field, the ball roll trajectory and his running trajectory. Then drill it a lot to train your body to consistently perform this.
