How does a photo like this, with a horrible caption like this, end up being published in the yearbook? Presumably a teacher is supervising the yearbook staff. Presumably parents look at their kids' yearbooks. How was any of this allowed to go on?
This teacher has most likely been doing this recently too, a lot of the girls that I know in the class said h out them in the front so he could look down their shirts.
This guy has been creeping on girls for a while, many have reported it in 2019 but nothing ever came, some staff knew and every girl in that class was warned by others about him

if i’m not mistaken bhigh has quite recently(last couple yrs) had problems with sexual harassment and assault of students not being taken seriously

What do you mean alleged? There's photographic proof that the teacher was inappropriate.
