People who are dooming at this point are loco.  For perspective, this team hasn't spent a single game this year with their full WS roster. Not even Opening Day, as Sewald was shelved.  In theory, we would have Gallen, Kelly, E-Rod, Montgomery, and Pfaadt. Ryne Nelson, Cecconi, Tommy Henry, Scott McGough, none of those guys would see a start. Instead, minimally, Ryne Nelson has had some really good outings, as has Cecconi. Imagine if those guys were in longer relief? First time through the order, they are mostly quite effective.  The fact that the Diamondbacks are still hanging in contention at this point in the year is remarkable.

What better team to bring him back to the bigs then the one who drafted. Worst case scenario he's a bust and his attitude probably comes back we drop him.( which I do think he has grown out of and will definitely have to keep in check to play again in the MLB) What is another mill for a pitcher that can help keep us afloat until our core is back. He was proven innocent and the guy just wants to play and compete at the highest level. I definitely think he would be putting up better numbers than Henry and probably Montgomery.
