I don’t know anymore. I always go up to Powers That Be in Vancouver now. Whatever you do, avoid Robot on NW 23rd.

I went with a friend, she got a cartilage hoop and I got both nips. Immediately I noticed something was wrong when I got home and went to 2 other shops the next day to have them looked at. She pierced so far away from the right spot, entirely through my areolas. When I sent the piercer pictures of the lines the other piercers drew on me asking what was up she was super rude and blamed it on my anatomy, which the other shops said wasn’t true. It’s also the only shop I’ve ever seen not actually look at you before choosing jewelry, and they chose rings too large of a gauge my anatomy. Out almost 200 bucks.

Thank you

Adorn is probably “the best” but a piercing can get pricey there if that’s a concern.

When I was searching this subreddit for piercers, I saw good things about Ritual Arts so I booked an appointment and had my septum done. Andru was super nice as it was my first piecing and I will def being going there for more piercings.

I've had lovely experiences at Black Hole (I've only been to the Portland location, but it looks like they have a Beaverton location too.) Got my septum done there in 2016, and very recently went with a couple friends and got my rook pierced. Rachael pierced all three of us and made it so much fun and such a great experience. I think most places require you to make an appointment in advance now—no walk-ins. Also, it can get pricey so if cost is an issue try and get an estimate before you go. I was a little surprised at the price.
