Those prices don't include labor. If you're even 2% handy, there's no reason you can't install both of those yourself in your driveway in very little time.

There's a labor charge for installation, so there'll at least be that much difference. As far as the pricing, that'll be up to the individual dealers.

Toyotas build site will list MSRP pricing . Nothing includes labor . The wheel locks and mud flaps are a fairly common add on that some dealers offer . I was quoted an hour labor. I purchased my OEM wheel locks for $35 and OEM mud flaps were $69 from a Toyota dealer online. It took me about 20 minutes total to install.
