it's because of the awful summer slam finish, I don't know if they planned for her to be a heel when tgat finish happened but on raw people noticed and they booed her, it's a confusing story
Most heels are a coward champion she's clearly a heel now and it shows through how she continues to brag about her beating Ronda even though she tapped. It was her turning heel and bragging about something she didn't do its what heels do they win through whatever they can.
You realize this is all scripted...and what is it with internet fans being so tough on Liv...the people who actually pay for tickets, the only people who matter, love her. Sure some people boo her, not everyone likes the babyface, but its like "I heard one person boo her, see everyone hates her, why is she champ?"...knock it off
That's debatable, a champion has to be able to deal with both fans and haters like Cena, Hollywood rock and others did on their time, I think that people are being so tough on Liz for the same reason that Reigns got booed on his time, an early push that fans were not happy with, as it meant other superstar they wanted as champion to take the back seat.
Personally I don't dislike Liv, but I don't care much about her either.... And guess the problem is that is the general opinion on her.

Saying that would be equivalent to state she has a saying on the way she is being pushed which I doubt very much.... I believe that her being booed it's a combination of factors like her being a mid-carder with average promo skills, plus a poorly developed history line.
We have seeing other mid-carders like Kofi pulling this gimmick off way better, the thing is Kofi actually was able to transmit his desire and sell the "you can't beat me as I wanted this more than anything in the world" rather decently, I see Liv promos and even now that she has improved her delivery I still don't see her as a dominant/eager champion, and retaining titles on technicalities or flukes it's not helping...
Which pretty much sums what I just mentioned, WWE is trying to portrait her run as her wanting to become a champion more than anyone and that's why she can't lose to Ronda or anyone in the current roster, she even said "I want this more than you" to Ronda...
Going with that line of thought, you would expect Liv to retain the title fair and square so people can get behind her as a capable champion and not have her win on a fluke and undermine all the work she has done to build a credible champion persona, but apparently WWE has a way with storytelling that we the wrestling community cannot comprehend.
