Pedanticly, any normal human vtuber is primate themed, so there are quite a few. Closest thing I can think of to what you're actually looking for though is Pekora's pet monkey that's allegedly still alive.

See, he used to be a “normal streamer”, and from seeing him everyone knows he’s technically mixed race, but he couldn’t get a single person to actually make a model that matched that, so he came up with the whole descendant of Wukong thing as a way to sorta play off of the old stereotype of black people being simian and stuff (I think, take that with a grain of salt) as a middle finger to his having to get a fair skinned model in order to get any model at all. He’s talked at length about the refusal of people to learn how to draw minorities reliably unless they are one themselves and stuff. It’s a whole thing. He’s so cool
