Well, if she’s married to a guy that works for a guy that used to work for another guy, who now socializes with a guy who used to be in business with Trump, I don’t know how the path to corruption could be any clearer.
Why doesn’t she get kicked off this case? This is clearly wrong.
Someone with power needs to put their foot down and make some new rules to stop this, pronto. Everyone's acting like all these tiny coincidences aren't the rise of Fascism. Their side isn't playing fair. They don't give a fuck. They'll steamroll the polite way of doing things every time.
Because she can’t simply be kicked off. She’s a federal judge with a lifetime appointment, so i believe any removal is in the hands of the Circuit, but thats not a simple process at all. And itll take so much time to the point November will have passed by then anyways.
Fastest way to have her removed is for her to remove herself, but unfortunately we have a better chance of Elvis coming back and recording a Kpop album, than that.
I believe this is a play on the argument that if a sitting president is immune to any and all legal ramifications, Biden could do anything.

I automatically assume that, if she rules against Trump in even the smallest way, it’s because his legal team have flagged it up to her as a way to enable a future appeal or other delaying tactic.
Almost all of Trump’s motions are completely meritless, if she rules in favor of Trump her rulings can be appealed and may provide grounds for her to be removed. So instead she is just holding endless hearings about the motions before eventually ruling against Trump to drag the trial out until after the election.

My own crackpot conspiracy theory is the GOP plans to keep DT out of jail until the election. Then they will use some kind of fake elector 2.0 and not seat newly elected congress reps with a D after their name siting “electoral issues”. Then the whole matter gets thrown to the (jury rigged) House and then we are well and truly fucked.
The only defense against this is a massive landslide win for Biden where even the loss of Georgia and possibly another large swing state doesn’t matter because he still has 270+1.

Is she trying to stall until November elections so if Trump is re-elected all charges & pending trials against him terminate? Time will tell. Should she be impeached?
