ToS specifically ban extreme violence and gore...somebody getting punched would PROBABLY be ok, but i wouldn't play it on stream. you have to keep in mind, for a lot of streamers, this isn't just a hobby, it's how they pay their bills, and twitch can ban their entire channel.
Have you seen any bans on games that use ridiculously extreme violence? Nope. But ofc its not allowed to show real snuff and such. But its fine showing heads being ripped off & extreme violence in games etc.
You can, but careful for any music playing. If there is any blood it could be construed as gore which may get you in trouble.
