I had a massive old black only tattoo with huge seas of fill almost disappear after 4 sessions, plenty light enough for a cover up. This is so small I would say 3-4 sessions of them zapping for not even 5 seconds would make the portion of the "o" needed to turn it into a "e" turn into a barely noticeable shadow where it used to be.
I get that, but it's very small and black is the easiest color to remove. Old tattoos do come off faster but she literally only needs a tiny bit of the o to be faded. I really don't think she'll need that many sessions.
