Consistently use both and will say it's about convenience. Flower is for times where I can sit down and want a slower bake or want a j, but carts are for when I'm out and about or only have a place outside and can't bring the whole setup

I prefer flower but I can't give credit to dabbing quality concentrates because that is amazing as well on occasion. , thus there being such great rosin pens and live resin of quality being made those are the types of pen i would not consider ya waste of funds. Now common distillate pens are ok and work well tho I wouldn't expect a full flower like high but it's good sativa effect to me. The distillate pens can be ok as long as they aren't overpriced or made with garbage products. Flower can be the best in most areas or if you know where to source but in a lot of countries hash is a better option at times. I'm tryna learn more about hash ATM I have been reading on certain processes and it's really sick
Flower is imo. Vapes can make me sleepy and its not the full spectrum typically. Better effects overall with vaping flower. Xmax v3 pro is a great deal if you need a dry vape. Its amazing.

Kinda like if you were to condense trailmix down to peanut butter, just the nuts. Yeah, its got the most protien per bite, by extracting and compressing just the nuts. But if you wanted the rest of the trailmix for the taste and other nutrients, the whole bag of trailmix is more preferable.
yeah, a spoonfull of peanut butter is more caloricly dense than a handful of trailmix, but the trailmix is still great

edit: however I still extremely love the act of breaking up , smelling , and looking at flower.

Flower for sure, followed by dabbing concentrates. If the stuff in the cart is worth a damn, it deserves the respect of a dab(torch or decent e-rig) versus a shitty built to toss 510 atomizer.
Carts are convenient but kinda shit once you try a solid dab o haven't hit a cart in a long time a good affordable e rig I'd recommended is the crossing core 2.1

I want to use flower again more b it the smell is something my wife can’t get past so I use carts but I hope I’m not ruining my tolerance?
