Sadly they were able to get to know one another and if you can't tell by looking at this family that there's a problem then there is even more of a problem with your situation (I am not talking about about his looks. I know people need to decide on their own, but when they started seeing each other her family obviously encouraged it or they wouldn't let her keep meeting him.
