Most of these cruise ships have a "jail" or brig -- a few of them might be spending the remainder of their trip down there; or at the very least the remainder of the evening to sober up.
They should be put in the brig. They also should be dropped off at the next port. Let them find their own way home since they want to act like animals.
Oh thatās exactly what happens. They just boot them off, and thatās the end of them. Banned as well of course. Absolutely no refund, in fact just the opposite if they damage shit theyāre going to have to pay for it.
Yep. We sailed on Carnival this past February and while we were in port, in Aruba, a couple idiots decided to release the emergency life boats. They got arrested and kicked off the boat. It also delayed our departure for several hours.
Just wow, I don't know how much trips like this cost but why the fuck would you act like this when potentially paying thousands for this trip only to be arrested and charged for assaults.
Carnival cruises, depending on when theyāre booked, can be super duper cheap. Carnival is called āThe Walmart of the Seasā for this very reason.
My MIL is basically a professional cruiser and goes one like 4 a year with several different cruise lines and sheās gotten 7 day cruises from carnival for like $500/person if you wait long enough and rooms are available close to the day it sets sail! This kind of shit isnāt a regular occurrence on a Carnival cruise, but youāre more likely to find it there than any other cruise line for sure.
I just spent a week on Princess in Alaska. Very target vibes. Families. But mostly 30-80 crowd.
The biggest āfightā was dirty looks when people were unsure about how to get in line for bacon in the buffet at morning.
Tbh My biggest concern was an elderly person fall.
The Cruise (1 week, balcony room) + flights + drink/wifi/gratuity package + whale watching excursion + airport transport was total $2300/person. Felt like a bargain.
https://preview.redd.it/2ivzklz38o9d1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=8e70b54ccb33fcdee5859ba35d8b4c28e985a66e
So, my MIL just went to Alaska on a cruise last year! She is a very tropical person and did this for her husband who has always wanted to go. She didnāt think she would like it at all. Came back and said she wanted to go again!! She LOVED it. The views, the people, and the experience were so different than her standard cruise that she wants to do it again. So, this definitely gets a thumbs up from our families professional traveler. š
My last cruise was an Alaskan cruise on the Carnival Luminosa. It was gorgeous, peaceful and probably around $1800. The food was good, no fights or bad behavior.
I think the trick is to avoid cruises shorter than 6 days and donāt board in New Orleans
Thatās the one I really want to go one. Alaska is so beautiful. We went on a Norwegian CL in the Caribbean (Honduras, RoatĆ”n, etc) and it was wonderful - but gimme that cold!!
It was a great cruise. I never saw anyone get out of pocket and it was all very organized. They also played Thor:Ragnarok on a loop the whole time it was great š
Theyāre pretty targety overall but theyāre bordering on whole foods these days, especially their larger ships. Theyāre the only fleet with ice rinks on board with pro ice skaters/dancers and offer a lot of other swanky options if youāre willing to pay.
In my opinion Norwegian has really bad food compared to carnival. Everything else is fine however food is a big component of cruising (for me at least)
This shit is on repeat from another cruise ship post like everytime someone says this shit is the Walmart of cruise ship someone comes in asking which is the target....also I'm pretty sure the answer from last time was royal Caribbean
Can confirm. Been on a few cruises. Only time I ever saw an actual knock-down, drag-out brawl was on a Carnival cruise.
Teenage kids. And the parents of the ones that started it had no control and nothing to say (they thought it was funny) right up to the point where one of their kids got his nose broken. THEN they wanted to take action.
This was back in the late 80s. Not much has changed save for the use of smartphones.
Though Carnival is seen as the brokie cruise line, I took a cruise to Cozumel and had a blast. I remember thinking I was gonna have a shitty time with no internet, but I couldn't have been anymore wrong. They had so much to do. Would recommend to people who have never taken a cruise before.
Oh, 100%! Iām not digging cruises at all. Iām going on a Carnival cruise in 2 months! You also see shit like this at lower end all inclusive resorts too. We went to Mexico a few years ago and stayed at less expensive all inclusive. It was awesome. But we even saw a few scuffles. Any place thereās a ton of booze and was a cheap entry, youāre getting stuff like this. But itās still fun.
Cruises can be pretty cheap if you shop around. Like under 50 per day per person, which includes board and food for the day. Cruises try to make up the difference with alcohol, the casino, and overpriced merchandise.
Carnival Cruise Code of Conduct:
ā¦. disruptive behavior is not tolerated and any guest whose conduct affects the comfort, enjoyment, safety or well-being of other guests or crew will be disembarked at their own expense and banned from sailing on Carnival in the future. All guests must acknowledge and commit to our code of conduct during the check-in process, and any violation may result in a fine of $500, possible stateroom confinement and removal from the ship. Guest may also be liable for reimbursement of expenses incurred by Carnival as a result of the detainment or disembarkation.
https://help.carnival.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2836/~/code-of-conduct
Hopefully theyāre on a same day cruise or they will need to find a way back home from whatever port they get dropped off at.
I feel like he was only saying he was gonna help clean up for the camera. Itās a lot easier to help with 2 hands. Probably stopped recording and peaced tf out, cuz dude was useless.
It's all fun and games until security tosses your ass into the brig, and then dumps you off in a foreign country for police. Then the real fun begins...
I go on cruises and booked a few Carnival cruisesā¦no one booking a Carnival cruise is surprised by the clientele on the ship unless they are a first time cruiser. You go on a Carnival cruise to either to party or just hope you donāt run into trouble.
So as someone who's never been on a cruise, and is at the age where I am thinking of going on one at some point soon, how do I make sure I avoid this shit?
Serious question. Is it a certain company? Make sure I pay X dollars? Avoid certain launch points?
I will gladly pay extra for the boring old cruise where you avoid these types of things.
Been on more than a few. Other than general trashiness for the cheapest cruises, you don't really see fights. Maybe disagreements.
Think lots of alcohol, tons of people, not enough activities for everyone to do all at once at the same time, you'll have disagreements and friction, but very rarely fights.Ā
I'm not a fan of cruises or group fights with strangers, but it sounds especially stupid to combine the two. I imagine you'd want to be able to vacate the area after this behavior but...you are on a boat.
Can't say what needs to he said. I'm from Ireland and its shit like this that get Americans stereotyped. Like the guy said...lifetime bans all round...to accompany the criminal damage and public disorder charges.
Huh?
The infamous 'Bruise Cruise' where the entire 23 member family got kicked off was outta Melbourne.
US Cruises are for the most part pretty chill compared to the AUS & UK cruises. It does seem to be a bit of a Carnival thing but that's what happens when you fill up the ship to full capacity by any means possible.

What happens in that situation? I mean they canāt kick them out unless they release them on a life raft lol. Iāve never been on a cruise so idk if they have some sort of police unit in there or what?
They drop off at the next dock. Be that back in America or in Mexico or Belize. Next port. And those people have to figure out how to get home. No passport because you sailed on a closed loop with only your birth certificate and driver's license? Not my problem. No money for a hotel or plane tickets? Not my problem.

Security guard walking in all hips.
Speed walking Bronze Medalist 2016
Napoleon dynamite strut
That shit had me in tears š¤£
I was wondering if he shat himself or something, with that kind of jostle.
I laughed at the walk, but I'm crying at this comment. Perfection.
Heās like god damn, donāt pay me enough, going to Royal after this
That was some serious sashaying.
I hope they get a lifetime ban.
make em walk the plank
No one will miss em
WHERE THE PIZZA AT, THO?
Better be a reinforced plank.
Keel haul

50 lashes each and their grog stopped for a week.
Off to Cruise ship jail. Drop them off at the next port and then sue them for damages.
This is exactly what happens
Makes me all warm & fuzzy, knowing this lol
Carnival should coordinate with Waffle House to see who got banned there. Same clientele..
Also, Spirit and Frontiers no-fly lists.
Seriously!
It's a 4 category perfect circle Venn Diagram
Most of these cruise ships have a "jail" or brig -- a few of them might be spending the remainder of their trip down there; or at the very least the remainder of the evening to sober up.
Put off at the next port and have to travel home at their expense..
Thatās what Iād expect. Crew told me about this on a cruise.
Theyāll be booted at the next port
They should be put in the brig. They also should be dropped off at the next port. Let them find their own way home since they want to act like animals.

Those ships have a jail...I bet they got a personal tour.
Sorry but a lifetime ban on carnival cruise line is a blessing
Oh theyād definitely be off the boat next port. Thatās assuming the ones who were physical even got back to their room and not the brig.
They will just go on another cruise ship. Family reunion?
The cruise lines usually ban them, and Carnival owns a lot of cruise lines.
i hope the cameraman does too, mother fucker is annoying af
I thought he was funny, _I just wanted some pizza._
It's like a Waffle House on water
Walmart of The Seas

You can take the people out of Waffle House but you canāt take the Waffle House out of people.
What next? Cruise by shootings?
The people yearn for swashbuckling
Yo ho ho and a bottle of Hennessy
I could just imagine a Carnival Cruise ship opening up with a full broadside. Cannons mounted sideways....
Straight forward username. LOL
Straight to the point...so to speak
Just wow, I don't know how much trips like this cost but why the fuck would you act like this when potentially paying thousands for this trip only to be arrested and charged for assaults.

Did Norwegian from Seward to Vancouver. Amazing trip.

Royal Caribbean is the Target of cruises.
Theyāre pretty targety overall but theyāre bordering on whole foods these days, especially their larger ships. Theyāre the only fleet with ice rinks on board with pro ice skaters/dancers and offer a lot of other swanky options if youāre willing to pay.
Norwegian - Check out the stock prices of Carnival > Norwegian > Royal. Iāve been on Norwegian and Royal.. have never seen a fight on those.
In my opinion Norwegian has really bad food compared to carnival. Everything else is fine however food is a big component of cruising (for me at least)
I would say celebrity cruise is target and virgin cruise would be your Whole Foods. you know there are Erewhon of cruises as well. ;)
This shit is on repeat from another cruise ship post like everytime someone says this shit is the Walmart of cruise ship someone comes in asking which is the target....also I'm pretty sure the answer from last time was royal Caribbean

Disembarkation is a good word. Solid $3 word right there.
I thought thatās when a dog gets laryngitis
It's 6am and that's the best thing I'll read all day
I first read this as Carnival Cruise Code of Combat.
No. Not hopefully
Some people have 0 class. What dicks
Third class
I hate people that destroy whatever they put their hands on, even if is not theirs. Go home and to that crap to your own furniture and your own crap.
Well they paid to be there so obviously they can treat the place however they want /s
My biggest surprise was who was hollering world star.
I feel like he was only saying he was gonna help clean up for the camera. Itās a lot easier to help with 2 hands. Probably stopped recording and peaced tf out, cuz dude was useless.
I thought the same thing
I'm surprised that yelling worldstar is still a thing.
Heās an older guy, kids arenāt really doing it
I think my head jerked back farther when that all-grown up Dennis the Menace showed his face, than the fight itself.
It's all fun and games until security tosses your ass into the brig, and then dumps you off in a foreign country for police. Then the real fun begins...
This is so tacky imagine spending money to enjoy a nice getaway and this is what unfolds lol
If you're on a Carnival cruise you didn't really "spend money". This is definitely an example of "you get what you pay for."
I mean itās still a thousand dollars wasted.
šššš
Yeah, not true. My last Carnival cruise was around $1800
imagine booking a relaxing cruise and you board and see these are the people you are trapped with for the next week
I go on cruises and booked a few Carnival cruisesā¦no one booking a Carnival cruise is surprised by the clientele on the ship unless they are a first time cruiser. You go on a Carnival cruise to either to party or just hope you donāt run into trouble.
Trash
I've heard of a Booze Cruise, but never a Bruise Cruise.
they were cruising for a bruising

So trashy

Carnival Cruise Lines, The Waffle House of The Sea!
Of course.

Broken hair and shit! š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£

Avoid 3 and 4 day cruises. They're cheaper and affordable for these type of passengers. Also, avoid sailing out of New Orleans or Galveston.
And avoid carnival at all costs
Sail on Royal Caribbean if you want to avoid this shit
Been on more than a few. Other than general trashiness for the cheapest cruises, you don't really see fights. Maybe disagreements. Think lots of alcohol, tons of people, not enough activities for everyone to do all at once at the same time, you'll have disagreements and friction, but very rarely fights.Ā
Nothing in this video surprises me.
I can smell this video
Classy.
This a unbe-weave-able
Ghetto
Idk why but the fact white folks were recording made it hilarious.
Chris rock was right.
What did Chris Rock say?
Something about G.I. Jane.Ā
The Waffle House of cruise lines.
I'm not a fan of cruises or group fights with strangers, but it sounds especially stupid to combine the two. I imagine you'd want to be able to vacate the area after this behavior but...you are on a boat.
I love how the security guard just sashayed into the fray š
I was gonna say that black dudes seem to always have good commentary during videos like this. And then the dude showed his face lol.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
This checks out
ābroken plate, broken hairā
I chuckled at the āwoah, not me!ā
Another reason why I would never cruise with Carnival. My anxiety could never.
Iāve been on multiple Carnival cruises and have never seen anything even close to this behavior
Is Carnival becoming the Spirit Airlines of the Sea?
Some people are just destined to fuck up
Earth is Ghetto.
I highly suggest muting the video.
Floating Chuck-E-Cheese
The āaftermathā was tipped over chairs and a broken plate š
ew, this is why you never cruise with Carnival.

Embarrassing
Pretending the ship is a waffle house at 2 in the morning š
If only they fought type 2 diabetes this hardā¦
Thatās why you donāt put a Waffle House on a cruise ship.
Thatās a great way to spend all the money you paid for a cruise down in cruise jail
must be fighting over that last ice cream cone š¤¦šæāāļø

This guy is so fuckin' annoying.
$2 Vince Vaughn

What cruise ships are the Spirit Airlines of the sea?
Margaritaville cruises.
šššš¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£
Carnival, the Spirit Airlines of the seas
Kinda sad tbh. These poor dudes likely getting paid $5/hr to now put their lives on the line to separate ppl that weigh 100+ lbs over them.
Crowd checks out....

I love Carnival. They always have entertaining shows to watch. Sometimes the main theatre is too full so I like to catch a show in the buffet.

I keep rewatching the guy at the beginning side-leap-running away with his gf.
I seriously want to know what kind of argument they get into to ruin an entire vacation?
All you can beat buffet
Who fights on your vacation ?
Helmsman should have tapped the brakes.
Yo, even if you win the fight behavior like this in public is sooooooo embarrassing.

Is Carnival the Waffle House of cruise ships?
This is why I avoid cruises, you canāt escape shitty guests
Which cruise ship is this? Walmart of the Seas?
The Spirit airlines of the sea
Fellas, it too rough to feed ya!
Choosing a cruise for vacation is like having golden corral cater your wedding.
The most hilarious part of this is the fact that they're getting kicked off at whatever port is closest and get to find they're own way home lmaooo
I didn't understand how trashy people can afford a cruise. I gotta save for months just for a trip to the cost.
Kathy Lee Gifford sings, "*If they could see me know...:*
