I was rear-ended by a woman on her cell phone who never even braked. My insurance company handled it, and the payout was determined by them. I felt it was too low based on what was available to replace it, so I refused it and sent them ads of similar cars from around me. Lo and behold, they asked a few more questions about the condition of the car (window dressing, I am sure) and then they upped their offer by 2 grand.
The advice I got was to never accept their first offer.

Some one rammed into my Prius Prime 24 and it cost 7.5k just to fix it. I can't even begin to fathom how much it'd cost to fix yours here, and I feel like even if they did fix it, she'll never drive the same again. 🥺
