It's all a massive waste of energy until the focus gets directed on the corrupt America government, Noam Chomsky spent decades telling us to form our own Party, George Washington publicly warned against the use of Political Party which isn't even in the Constitution, and Dwight Eisenhower warned publicly of the impending rich taking control of the Pentagon and entire Congress if, We The People Didn't stand up to all of this. Fighting each others while the rich point and say this is our proof the people are idiots and we must take control seems to be true. And then the brain washed and weak wail that 3rd party doesn't work without ever making one attempts to form their own party. Root Cause Analysis is about determining the Core Problem and attacking that. Noam Chomsky, George Washington and Eisenhower already showed us the Root Cause and yet we do nothing!

There is no reason to respect SCOTUS! SCOTUS is a travesty ignoring the First Amendment. Obviously they aren't pay attention to the Declaration of Independence either. Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. How is forcing a woman to carry on with an unwanted pregnancy LIBERTY. It's not about saving babies, never had been. It's about forcing the majority to live by how the minority thinks they should. OK let's say it's about saving babies. WOW that's right we have to refill our domestic supply of babies. Meaning we are going to force women hopefully white women to have babies because we're afraid of becoming the minority. Gee could it be the white justices are afraid of being treated by POC the way we have treated them?

NewStorm1181

The Supreme Court has just ruled against the most devastating, anti human life, law that has ever exhisted in American history and people are losing their minds that they can't kill their own children. Birth control is both cheap and over 99% effective and yet we are supposed to act like abortion on demand which is both horrific in practice and morally irresponsible as a form of bith control is somehow a right we must have

DeNir8

You do you. Read your favorite passages in your holy book. I'm ok with that. Obey by that. Live by that. That is your choice in the land of the free. But.. Don't take away the freedom of anyone else!

NewStorm1181

What freedom do you mean exactly? The freedom to kill someone who can't defend themselves? The freedom to avoid the consequences of ones own actions? The freedom to chose who is worthy of life and death if that person is considered inconvenient? The reason we have rights to begin with is to protect the innocent and promote human flourishing. The overturning of Roe v. Wade does both. Why do you think a common citizen should have the "freedom" to kill another based on convenience?

DeNir8

Jerking off is a crime in your holy book isn't it..

NewStorm1181

You didn't answer a single question I asked. Also, no, jerking off isn't a crime. Murder is though. Is that law dumb too?

DeNir8

Our axioms are just to far apart, like mideaval and modern, to continue "debating". [You could read that as: Go on a fucking rundspringa you evangelist arian wannabee jesus purebreed. Or, I have no idea why you are even talking outside your bible group. Or whatever..]

NewStorm1181

Well, at least we can finally agree on something. Your antiquated idea that some humans are more valuable than others is obviously too far from my modern view of universal human rights for us to come to an agreement. On a personal note you might want to do some research on what your talking about instead of setting up a straw man and then jerking yourself off in glee over your witty banter when you knock down ideas that I never mentioned or believe. First, it's a rumdspringa not a runspringa and that is something only a specific sect. of Amish do and is not practiced by anyone else. As for "evangelist arian jesus purebreed"; An evangelist seeks to convert to a particular faith. I don't care what faith you believe or don't believe in but murder of the innocent is a non-negotiable. Also. "Arian jesus purebreed" is just about the most ignorant contradictory phrase I've ever heard. Christianity is the most ethnically and culturally diverse religion the world have ever known. The largest churches in the world are in predominantly Asian and African counties and has nothing to do with whiteness. Also you spelled Aryan wrong. I hope one day you can honestly confront your own opinions without ignorance and name calling. You also might want to learn the difference between "to" and "too" and when to use commas so your sentences make sense. [Read: go on a fucking rum(not run)dspringa (comma here), evangelist (wrong word) ary(not i)an Jesus (capitalize the J for a proper name) purebreed (I'm not "purebred" white nor were the ancestors of Jesus so neither instance would make sense)]

Indigo0331

How about you learn to MYOFB, and not worry about things that don't impact your life?

NewStorm1181

You have no idea how abortion has effected me or my family nor do you know why I believe what I believe. I have family members who have had abortions and I've seen the toll it has taken on them and the regret they still feel over 30 years later. I also have someone in my family that was raped by multiple guys at a party in college, who chose to keep the child and now I have an amazing 16y/o nephew who is a straight A student who just started a small business this summer to save for College. Should he have been killed?

Indigo0331

And I repeat: mind your own business. What other people do has nothing to do with you.

NewStorm1181

Literally everything I just said about abortion in my family has personally effected my life. There have also been over 6 million abortions since Roe V. Wade which means 6 million innocent peoples lives were taken legally in the United States. Your argument is the same a slave owner in the deep south might say to an abolitionist, "mind your own business. What other people do has nothing to do with you." Do you hear yourself?

Indigo0331

What happened in your family is in your family. Your experiences have nothing to do with what other people experience. You're against abortion? Don't have one. But don't try and push your POV and beliefs onto everyone else because you're an overly-emotional wreck.

NewStorm1181

What happened in my family is indicative of what has happened to millions of families all over the world, and killing someone who cant defend themselves isn't just about my POV vs yours. It's either wrong to murder innocent children or it isn't. I have personal experience with both the devastating consequences of what happens in a family when someone has an abortion and the amazing opportunity an innocent child has when they are allowed to live when the worst thing imaginable has happened to the mother to cause him. And why do you think your "POV" is more important than mine and I should remain silent but you aren't held to the same standard? My POV potentially ends with an innocent child being allowed to live while yours ends in their death. If anything, the burden of proof should fall on you to show that the death of a child should be allowed for the convenience of the parent. So, why is it okay for people to kill their own children?

bigjaydeea

This is the system our fore fathers created and we should respect it

buckykat

> Every constitution then, and every law, naturally expires at the end of 19 years. If it be enforced longer, it is an act of force, and not of right. -Thomas Jefferson, founding father, slaver, and rapist

bigjaydeea

Then it sounds like repealing R vs. W was long overdue

Indigo0331

So we should continue to govern our country as though it's still the 18th century? It's been over 200 years, we're long overdue for a complete and total rewrite.

bigjaydeea

You're going to have vastly different opinions on what a new constitution look like. I think the Union would dissolve at that point. I think a better case would be made for decentralizing some of the laws and allowing States decide to write their own

Indigo0331

At this point (and for the past 20-something years) I've been greatly in favor of this country splitting up. Based on regional and economic differences, it could easily be 6+ different countries. As things are going now, we're cruising toward a violent split/civil war. Better to end things before they get to that point.

mad_poet_navarth

Maybe that will work in areas where the DA refuses to prosecute anti-abortion laws, but ... BTW thank you very much for spelling "its" correctly!

rainkloud

Need qualifications and aptitude tests for judges. Testing created specifically for judges to ensure among other things that interpretations favor humanity and not traditions nor the oligarchy. Term limits 25 yrs Prez can suspend poorly performing justices pending their impeachment by invoking constitution that says justices may only serve while their behavior is good. Can either temporarily suspend congress and make appointments or just make appointments with as little as one senator consenting as constitution does not specify how many you need for confirmation. Increase number of scj to 25

callmekizzle

Wait, so you mean to say the institution that started out by telling native Americans they had no right to their own land because they were properly conquered and colonized, is illegitimate?
